The Brown for Attorney General Campaign today released its campaign fundraising report for the first 2 ½ months of 2006 showing that it has raised a total of $4.8 million with cash on hand of $4.2 million.
Ace Smith, campaign consultant to the Brown for Attorney General campaign said: "This incredibly strong showing for Jerry Brown puts his campaign firmly at the lead of the pack."
The Brown campaign noted that Delgadillo, who trailed Brown by $1.3 million at the last reporting period, has fallen a stunning $1.6 million behind Brown.
